Job title: Legal Translator
Job duties: 
		A.	Review and translate company legal contracts, company legal declarations, 
		and other legal related investment portfolio from English to Chinese and vice versa; 
		
		B.	Comprehend legal terms and statements in written English materials, 
		and rewrite or certify such legal documents in Chinese in a way accurately 
		reflecting the English contexts of the documents; ensure the precise correspondence 
		of the defined rights and duties in the forms of legal writing, and contracts in the 
		source text and in the translation; resolve conflicts related to meanings of words, 
		terminologies and legal concepts, and ensure the translation remain consistent;
		
		C.	Interpret simultaneously and consecutively at business negotiations, 
		client consultations, involving legal language and terms from English to Chinese, and vice versa. 
		
Requirements: bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, Translation & Interpretation, 
Business Administration or Law; Master is preferred. Bilingual of Chinese and English is a must.
